This position’s role is to assist the Director of Information Technologies in daily technology systems support activities. The Information Technologies Intern will be responsible for Windows Workstation support, Linux Server support, and Drupal Website support management.

The Operations Internship

Job Description:

This position’s role is to assist the Director of Operations & Transitions by reviewing submitted/ provided documentation and files, and provide high quality review of client submissions. The Operations Intern will be called upon to manage multiple tasks effectively by balancing high productivity with excellent service quality.

The Legal & Compliance Internship

Job Description:

This position’s role is to assist OMNI’s internal Compliance Department and Chief Compliance Officer in daily operations to ensure the legality of all client and public facing material. The Legal & Compliance Intern will support the department by maintaining and organizing compliance records, handling file and data management, and assisting with general compliance oversight and monitoring. Qualifications & Desired Skills: While no formal qualifications are necessary to be successful in this role, desirable candidates will have a background in political science, business law, or other relatable field. A general passion for internal Compliance procedures as well as an appetite to learn in an applied environment will greatly benefit the individual in this role. The Marketing Internship

Job Description:

This position’s role is to help with internal and external marketing material creation and management. Implementation of social media marketing, content creation, direct mail, and lead generation, among other tasks, all fall under the responsibility of this intern position. This person will help further the company’s existing web presence and will learn to utilize marketing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Products, Google Analytics, and Constant Contact.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

While no formal qualifications are necessary to be successful in this role, desirable candidates will have a background in business marketing techniques, a general understanding of content generation, social media management, and business development.
